*A Creative Weekend*

As you know, I was stitching to my heart's content this past weekend and I am so happy with all that I was able to accomplish.  These pieces will be available on my TDIPT page this Thursday night starting around 9:30.

Pins Wreath Pinkeep
This pinkeep is trimmed in wrinkled seam binding ribbon using a technique called ruching.
This was my first time at ruching and I think I'm hooked on it.  I love the old and dainty look it gives the piece.  It was slow going, but I think with more practice it should get easier : )
This is one of my little designs.

Oh My Stars Pinkeeps
These were stitched using some of my favorite overdyed floss colors.
I think they look very Summery.  They are trimmed in stained chenille and I've added a few of my hand dyed pins.  This is a BBD design.  Very simple and sweet.

Hanging Sampler
This is another BBD Design.  It's stitched with a muted blue Victorian Motto Sampler thread.  The frame was painted a coordinating blue and waxed.

Thanks for stopping by to visit.  I love hearing from you and hope that you'll get a chance to visit To Dwell In Primitive Thymes Merchantile on Thursday night to view all of the wonderful creations the artists have made this month.
Have a great week.

I love the way your Pins is finished. I've never tried that so I need to browse for some instructions. All of them are finished beautifully!

They are all so lovely! I, too, wish I could stitch as fast as you do! I am quite sure that those items you are showing would take me a good couple of weeks (if not months!)
Have a happy day!
