Pink Flower Finish

Over the weekend I did some finish work.  I attached
the Pink Flower by The Work Basket that I stitched up
to a fabric covered box.  I did this box a little more
primitive by leaving the fabric edges raw
and I like the simple and early look of it.

I also stitched this little
strawberry pot design for a good friend and
wonderful customer and finished it off
by attaching it to a fabric covered box too.

I lined the inside of the lid with a copy of an old
French Post Card.  I love the red stamp.
Hope my friend will too.

I've been very busy designing too and
hope to show you a preview of 2 new patterns.
They're almost stitched up, so I can't wait to
give you a sneak peek.

Smiles,
~Nan

I just love how you finished this off! It's so pretty. The frayed edges definitely give it a time worn look. Just wonderful!

A beautiful box and what a great idea to use an old French postcard to line the lid!
