A Tisket A Tasket

Here's the latest piece that I'm working on.
I thought I'd show you what it looks like before I
finish it into a little sewing box.

It's done on 32ct raw linen that's been
stained and the floss is very muted
colors of drab brown, tan and green
Old mop buttons are sewn on for flowers.
I hope to offer this next month on TDIPT.

I just finished the velvet and wool
strawberry scissor fob for my little pair
of sewing scissors.  I love how they turned
out and they make me smile.

better view.

Happy stitching !

Nan,
Many Thanks as I just received your 'Happy 4th' pin keep pattern. I just love it and can't wait to get started.
Am adding your 'Blog' to my list of favorites on my blog ...if that is OK?

Fondly,
Barb
