A Little Valentine Stitching ♥ ♥ ♥

My busy hands have been
at work all week.  I've wanted to
make a few things in honor of
one of my favorite holidays...
Valentine's Day ♥
I have been determined to get
these done in order to offer them
for sale.
This design is part of
my C.R. 1840 chart
and comes with the heart
template to make these pinkeeps.
Both are stitched on linen with overdyed
floss and stuffed with wood shaving and
a little crushed walnut shells to
give them more weight.
The red one has thin matching
cording trim and the
tan one has vintage chenille trim.
 ~*~
These will both be listed in my
Etsy shop tomorrow.  If you
can't wait you can always email me
The cost is $30.00 each plus travel fare.

I'd really like to get stitching on a few
more things.  I love to make finished
items.  It's a real creative outlet for me.
Enjoy your evening and thanks for
taking the time to visit.
Smiles,
~Nan

Absolutely beautiful! I like the ones in the blog header picture too! The one on the left looks as it were stitched with chocolate! :-)

I love so much the red one!!! Really wonderful and I know how is it difficult to stitch on dark linen....

I don't know if my previous comment went through so I'll try again! They both turned out absolutely gorgeous! I agree with Elisabetta--I think it would be tricky stitching on the red background. ~Roberta
