Change of Plans:(

So I was supposed to be stitching with a bunch of friends down in Maryland today, but we all thought it best not to travel in the snow.  I stitched this morning anyway......My hubby said, instead of a Stitch A Long, I was having a Stitch A Lone.....he is so darn cute.  Working on my Lucky Freebie and have a sweet finish planned.  All my freebies can be found in the freebie patterns tab under my header photo:)

Release Day!

Happy Friday my fellow stitch friends......You have all been very patient and it's much appreciated.  There is a lot of thought and work that go into a release,
but I'm as ready as I can be:)
First up....

"Beggar's Valentine"

This is the 4th design in this series.

Stitched on 32ct Vintage Maple Sugar by Lakeside Linen with The Gentle Art floss. 

This is trimmed in a brand new color chenille called Colonial Tea from Dames of the Needle/From the Cauldron.  Elizabeth has matched it perfectly, just for this design.
Many thanks to her for coming to my aid on this one.

Next is......

"Wynter Peacocks"

This stitcher's pocket was stitched on 32ct linen using The Gentle Art floss.
Along with cross stitch this design also has the Algerian eye stitch.

Both of these will be on the Hoffman and Norden Distributors update today and will be in your local needlework shop very soon.  Some already have it.
This will also be available in my Etsy shop.

Getting Ready......

I've been getting ready for my Primitive Handmades Mercantile update tomorrow night...Goodness that comes around fast:)  Here is one of the "One of a Kind" items I have created for this month. Beggar's Valentine Coming!

I'm very happy to announce that a new Beggar's release is due out next week.

"Beggar's Valentine".

I am very excited.  The charts were shipped today to my distributors.

Look for in Friday's update, January 16th.

I will also have one other release that day for your stitching pleasure.

My Work Update:)

Yesterday, I was posed a question by my friend Deb, who is the owner of the wonderful cross stitch shop Stitches N Things.   She is currently stitching one of my newer designs, 

"My Work".

She wanted to have the new year on it rather than the 2014 that it's charted with.

I was more than happy to help a fellow stitcher and friend and charted 2015 for her to incorporate into her  stitch.

I thought I'd share it with you all in case anyone who has the pattern and would like to use the new date when stitching it.

Hope everyone is staying warm.  The temps are very frigid here and I am missing the 60 degree weather we had over the holidays.   Brrrrr!
