*A Stitcher's Finish*

Hi folks!
First, I wanted to say A BIG THANK YOU
to all of you who have purchased
the new Falling Snow and Endless Hearts
cross stitch patterns.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
I am working on another prim pattern as
I write this.  Can't wait to show you.
~*****~
Now to a stitcher's finish.
I had to show you this wonderful finish
from dear Terri of
She stitched Bluebird Sampler into
this beautiful little pillow with a scissor fob
for her friend Carol.
 The floss is Crescent Colours overdyed threads
(blue corn, joshua tree, hazelnut, and queen bee),
and finished with Civil War repro fabric and
some antique ecru lace.
I'm sure Carol will cherish this lovely piece.
Thanks so much for sharing your finish
Terri.  I love seeing all the
creativity that stitchers have.

Keep on stitchin'

Pleased To Annouce

Two New Cross Stitch Patterns!
As I had mentioned back in December, I was
in the designing and stitching mode.   I diligently worked
on a Winter inspired sampler.

So here is my
"Falling Snow Sampler"
This hanging sampler is done on 32ct
Tan Linen by
FabricFlair using GA and WDW
floss and of course some wool
* * *
And I just had to do something
for Valentine's Day.
Here is "Endless Hearts"
This sweet pinkeep was stitched on 30ct R&R
Dark Cappuccino linen using GA Old Hickory
and WDW Cayenne.
* * *
Both patterns are $10.00 and can be purchased
from me via email or through my
Etsy Shop
* * *
I still have two other patterns that I'm working on
and I really can't wait to share them with you.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by and visit.
Wishing you many happy stitches.

A Stitcher's Finish

Good Evening my friends.  I do hope you all
had a nice New Year's Day.
Mine was spent quietly stitching and
enjoying the company of my dear
hubby and our little doggie, Shannon.
It was the perfect day.
* * *
A few photos have been sent in
for "A Stitcher's Finish" and I wanted
to take this opportunity, while I had some
quite time, to share them with you.

First is Dora's finish of Kringle's Crow.
She stained the linen, which I love and found
some vintage trim at a mill store at a real bargain.
I just love it.  Such a wonderful finish and
the trim adds just the right touch.
* * *
Next Debra sent in her needle roll finish of
Be Ye Merry.
She stitched this for a holiday
exchange and her recipient loves
the color blue.
Just adorable and I'm sure
the new owner loves her gift.
* * *
Well, time to sign off and get some
sleep.  Thank you Dora and Debra
for sharing your finishes.
I always love seeing the abundance of
creativity that is out there and I'm sure
all my blogging friends do too.
Smiles,
~Nan

To All of You

Can't get enough of Holiday Stitching

First, I would like to thank all of you who
took the time to visit TDIPT last week
for the December update.
I am always humbled by your
support and patronage.
~***~
I got a few other pieces finished and
I love to post these for you to see.
* * * *
I've stitched 2 primitive heart pinkeeps.
The left is motifs from Blackbird
Designs and the other is just a little
motif of mine.
They're stuffed with sawdust and
backed with ticking and homespun.
* * * *
Next is a freebie I stitched from Pineberry Lane that I found
on Patternmart.
When I saw it I was just so inspired that I had to stitch
it right away.  I think I copied it right down to the last
detail, but I just love it so.
This is so prim.  I'm not sure if you can see
them well, but there are tiny little jingle bells
stitched to each corner.
Wendy is probably one of my most favorite
designers and I'm sure many of you agree.
* * * *
I also stitched up a little reproduction fabric ditty bag
with a small hanging pinkeep.
I love using wool these days and added
wool holy and some of my French ribbon
I collect.
* * * *
I'm stitching a new Winter Sampler design.
 I have a feeling my friend Marianne from
Midnight Stitching will be happy to hear this news.
I hope to have this done for release at the
beginning of the year.

Thank you again for your visits to my
blog and enjoy this wonderful season.
Blessings,
~Nan
